Design and entilements are nearing completion on the 7.4 acre Senior Housing Project.  This community will provide a life style and amenities for Independant, Assisted and Memory Care Living.  

 

The site program will include opportunities for excersize and socialization.  The site design is organized around a central green and includes walking paths, family and community gathering areas and vegtable gardens.  The homes and residences provide rooftop decks affording dramatic views of the front range.
