The BMW dealership constructed for the Ralph Schomp Automotive Company is located at the interssetio of C-470 and Lucent Blvd.

Located at the base of the foothills the site's high plains environment formed  the Client's objective for a distinctive and enviornmentally responsible landscape This decision formed the selection of plant materials and the character of the design.   The design does not replicate but rather mimicks the surrounding landscape of the upland plains with broad strokes of grasses and perennials creating a distinctive setting for this upscale automobile dealership.
