The Vanterra Residences is a 300  unit multi-family Community located at the southwest corner of East Mainstreet and South Dransfeldt Road in Parker Colorado.   The Community is on the forefront of higher density residential located within walking distance of Parkers’ historic Downtown.  The site program includes a variety of recreational amenities including pool and spa, community gardens, playground, exercise stations and play fields.  The Communitys’ planning and design take advantage of the adjacent Sulphur Gulch Trail.   Our design incorporated the Towns guidelines for Streetscape, strict water wise planting with the distinctive architecture.
