Oxford Station

Englewood, Colorado

Client: Littleton Capitol Partners

The project site  is located at the intersection of Oxford and Santa Fe Avenues adjacent to the light rail line and station. The location is at the heart of a neighborhood evolving from an industrial, warehouse district to a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. It is this history and gritty character that the Architects ( Humphries Poli P.C.) captured in creating a unique signature apartment community.

The contemporary architecture and the preserved bowstring truss warehouse gave unique form and framework to the outdoor gathering areas. TCK Design and Planning’s work was in support of this framework, to flush out the potential for these social spaces.  This was done by extending the qualities of the architecture into the landscape, to understand the inherent qualities of the spaces created by architecture, solar orientation, adjacencies of use and the notion that a community of young adults will fill unprogrammed space.

Amenities include swimming pool, spa, outdoor exercise patio, ping pong, board games, basketball, shuffle board and areas for lawn games.
